Use our Royal Icing Mix like a pro with by following these steps!
Ingredients
8 oz Judee's Royal Icing Mix
2 1/2 tbsp water
Optional: 1 tsp corn syrup
Directions
Add 2 1/2 tbsp water to 8 oz Royal Icing Mix in bowl of stand mixer. Using a paddle attachment, beat until well combined, about 3 minutes.
Add 1 tsp corn syrup if desired and mix until fully incorporated.
Icing with stiff consistency can be used to glue gingerbread house pieces together.
For piping and flooding consistency, thin icing with water 1 tsp at a time until desired consistency is reached and enjoy!
