Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp Judee's Strawberry Sugar

  • Cooled Crème Brulee

  • Toppings of choice

Directions

  1. Using a kitchen blow torch, hold the flame just above the sugar and move it around for a few seconds until sugar is caramelized

  2. Add any toppings of choice and enjoy!
