Directions
To make Vegan Egg Substitute:
Add 3 tbsp water to 1/2 tsp Psyllium Husk Powder and let thicken for 10 minutes.To use Egg Substitute with Dry Ingredients:
Add 3 tbsp water to wet ingredients.
To Add More Fiber to Your Diet
Add 1/2 tsp Psyllium Husk to 8 oz liquid of your choice. Stir and drink immediately.
