Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the rest of the ingredients to the mixture and continue mixing until everything is well combined.
Separate cookie dough on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and wait 2 minutes before pressing Hershey's kisses in the center of each cookie.
