Ingredients

2/3 cup Judee's Erythritol

1/2 tsp Judee's Vanilla Powder

1/4 cup Judee's Dried Egg White Powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips (dairy free and sugar free)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients together, then stir in eggs
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together, then stir into brownie batter until smooth
Line a 8" by 8" baking tray with parchment paper, pour batter into pan, top with 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Bake on 350 degrees F for 20 minutes
Allow to cool before cutting and serving
