Ingredients

1-2 scoops of Judee’s Sunflower Seed Protein Powder
3-4 medjool pitted dates
½ -1 frozen banana

1 cup of almond milk (or your favorite dairy free milk)
2 tbsp of PB powder (or your favorite nut butter)
2 tbsp of cocoa powder (optional)
Ice as needed
Directions
Blend all ingredients together
