Tapioca Cheese Wraps
Make these Tapioca Cheese Wraps like a pro using our Tapioca Starch, Whole Milk Powder, Whole Egg Powder and Cheese Powders.
Portion dough into 4 balls. If dough is too sticky, chill for 20 minutes before forming into balls.Heat well oiled skillet over medium heat.

Sprinkle tapioca starch on a flat surface and gently roll each ball into a 6 inch circle. Lightly flour both sides of the round as necessary to prevent sticking as you roll. Dough round will be soft and delicate.
Using a wide spatula to help lift the dough, place dough round onto hot skillet and cook until toasted and lightly golden on each side, about 45 seconds each side.
Cover wraps with a moist tea towel and enjoy!
Wraps are best enjoyed immediately. Once cooled they can be warmed in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds each.
