Make your own Toasted Coconut Chips Trail Mix to add to yogurts, smoothie bowls, and more
Ingredients
1/3 cup Judee's Organic Toasted Coconut Chips
1 cup toasted oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Directions
To Make Toasted Oats:
Spread oats on cookie sheet and bake 350 degrees F for 10 mins until toasted. Set aside.
Place butter in pan over medium heat. Once the butter melts, stir in brown sugar and allow to come to a boil. Boil for 1 minute then stir in toasted oats. Allow to cool.
Combine pumpkin seeds and coconut chips with cooled toasted oats. For added sweetness mix in dried fruit such as dried cherries or dried blueberries.
