Ingredients
2 cups Judee's Vanilla Frosting Mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter or shortening, room temperature
1 tbsp milk, heavy cream or water
pinch of salt, to taste
Directions
Using a stand mixer with paddle attachment or handheld mixer, beat butter for about 1 minute until creamy
Add 2 cups vanilla frosting mix, milk, and salt
Stir to combine, then beat at medium-high speed for about 3 minutes or more until light and fluffy
