White Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Directions

1. Chop white chocolate into small pieces. Add chopped chocolate and yogurt powder to microwave-safe bowl.

2. Using the low power or defrost setting on microwave, heat for 1 minute and then stir remaining hard pieces into melted chocolate to combine.

3. Heat for additional 5-10 second increments being careful not to overheat.

4. Stir to combine any remaining unmelted pieces into melted chocolate until smooth.

5. Coat strawberries immediately and allow to harden at room temperature.
