White Chocolate Covered Strawberries Recipe

1 Tbsp Judee’s Yogurt Powder
3 ½ ounces white chocolate baker’s bar (do not use white chocolate chips)
Chop white chocolate into small pieces. Add chopped chocolate and yogurt powder to microwave-safe bowl.
Using the low power or defrost setting on microwave, heat for 1 minute and then stir remaining hard pieces into melted chocolate to combine.
Heat for additional 5-10 second increments being careful not to overheat.
Stir to combine any remaining unmelted pieces into melted chocolate until smooth.
Coat strawberries immediately and allow to harden at room temperature.
