Add ingredients into a glass and stir, then chill in the fridge for about 1 hour or until oat texture is achieved.
Top with: 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1 tbsp pumpkin puree, and sweetener of choice to taste (I like honey or maple syrup) stirred together until smooth.
Top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
