• 1 cup Judee's Teff Flour

• 6 tbsp water
  

• 1/2 cup Coconut oil or butter

• 4 eggs (can be reconstituted from our whole egg powder)

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 4 tsp baking powder

• Optional: 4 tsp Apple cider vinegar (makes it more fluffy by interacting with the baking powder

• 4 tbsp Coconut oil, Olive oil, or butter for frying
  

Savory Add-Ins

• 2-4 tsp dried herbs of your preference (including basil, oregano, and rosemary)
  

Sweet Add-Ins

• 1-2 tsp dried spices of your preference (including cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove)
  

• 1/2 cup milk of choice or reconstituted

• 1/4 cup maple, honey, or rice syrup
