All Purpose GF Bread Mix Savory Stuffing
Make this Savory Stuffing recipe using our All Purpose Bread Mix, Scrambled Egg Mix and Cream of Chicken Powder.
Judee’s All Purpose Bread Mix (12 - 14 cups toasted gluten free bread cubes)
1/2 cup Judee’s Scrambled Egg Mix
2/3 cup Judee’s Cream of Chicken Powder
1 cup melted butter
1/4 cup dried minced onion
1/2 tsp dried celery seed (or 2 cups sauteed diced celery)
2 tsp poultry seasoning
salt, pepper and additional seasonings like thyme and parsley to taste
3 cups water (or 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth if not using Judee’s Cream of Chicken Powder)
Follow recipe instructions on Judee’s All Purpose Mix for making a 4x8in bread loaf.
Cut loaf into cubes and toast on a baking sheet at 350°F for 10-15 minutes. Add toasted cubes to large bowl.
Whisk scrambled egg mix, cream of chicken powder, dried seasonings and water or broth together.
Pour mixture and melted butter over bread cubes and toss to combine well.
Lightly oil a 9x13in or two 8x8in baking dishes and add bread cube mixture.
Bake for about 30 - 45 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Enjoy!
