Banana Blueberry Baked Oatmeal by Kaylie's Healthy Recipes
Make these delicious baked oatmeal banana bread blueberry bars by Kaylie's Healthy Recipes using our coconut flour!
1/4 cup Judee's Coconut Flour
1/2 almond butter
1/4 cup ground flax meal
1/3 cup honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup oat milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups fresh blueberries
Mash bananas then combine all ingredients except blueberries.
Then add blueberries and stir gently into batter.
Line a 8” pan with parchment paper, pour batter into pan and spread out evenly, then bake on 350F for about 50 mins.
