Make this nutritious Banana Chia Protein Smoothie for your pre or post workout routine
Ingredients
1 tbsp Judee's Organic Freeze Dried Banana Powder
1-2 tbsp Judee's Organic Chia Seed Protein Powder
1/2-1 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)
1 tbsp peanut butter
ice cubes as needed
*Optional 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If needed, stop to stir smoothie to blend ingredients stuck on the bottom of the blender, and pulse to mix.
