Make Boba at home using using our All Purpose Mix and Corn Starch
Dissolve brown sugar and water on low heat.
Turn off heat and add corn starch. Remove any clumps before turning the heat back on.
Put on low heat and wait for it to thicken before turning heat off.
Add all purpose mix to shape dough into a ball. Knead until smooth and desired consistency.
Roll and shape dough into a long stick and cut into small parts.
Roll the small parts into little boba balls and dust them with corn starch.
Boil 2 cups of water and add the boba. Stir and turn to low heat when the boba floats.
Let it simmer for 20 minutes and turn off the heat.
Cover the pot and wait for 15 minutes before draining the boba.
Make the syrup by combining 1/4 cup of water with the boba and put it on medium heat.
Add and stir 1/3 cup of dark brown sugar to the boba until the syrup thickens up.
Once boba is ready, serve with drink of choice.
