Make Brazilian Cheese Bread using our Brazilian Cheese Bread Mix.
Ingredients
-
2 cups Judee's Brazilian Cheese Bread Mix (8 oz), spooned and leveled
-
2/3 cup boiled water
-
2 tbsp oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bring water to a boil on stove.*
Add the dry mix to the bowl of a stand mixer**
Add in the boiling water and oil. Using a paddle attachment, mix until a smooth dough forms.
To portion dough into balls: fill a small bowl with water. Dip tablespoon into water and scoop a rounded tablespoonful onto your lined baking sheet. The dough will be thick and sticky.
Bake for around 15-17 minutes until lightly golden.
Let cool on your baking sheet for 15 minutes and enjoy!
*Note: Boiled water is necessary to help form thick dough consistency. This mix can be combined with a large spoon. However, the interior is more uniform (less large holes) if an electric mixer is used.
Tips:
Dough balls can be formed and frozen. Add an additional 2-3 minutes if baking from frozen.
Serve with sides of fig spread, using Judee’s Fig Powder, and prosciutto or sprinkle the dough balls with Judee’s Organic Garlic Granules and Italian Seasoning before baking for a fun, creative twist!
