Super fun Mango Ice Cream recipe by Sauce Boss Shelby. Refreshing and smooth treat to satisfy your sweet cravings.
Ingredients

1 cup Judee’s Whole Milk Powder or Judee's Nonfat Milk Powder

5 tablespoons Judee’s Mango Powder

2 cups whole milk (or substitute any dairy-free alternative)

1/2 cup Fresh Cream

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together until completely combined.
Using an Ice Cream Maker: Pour mixture into frozen mixer bowl and run for 30 minutes. Transfer to an air-tight container and freeze for at least one hour.
Without an Ice Cream Maker: Pour mixture into an air-tight, shallow container and cover. Freeze for 6 hours, or until semi-set.
Pour the frozen mixture into a stand-mixer or use a hand mixer to blend until smooth.
Return the mixture to your container and freeze for 4 hours.
Scoop, serve, and top as desired!
