Directions
Meat, fish, and vegetables: ¼ tsp per pound
Noodles and rice: ¼ tsp per 4 cups (cooked)
Broth: ¼ tsp per 4 cups
Adjust up to ½ tsp or more until desired flavor is reached and you’re used to cooking with it.
You may add less salt initially until you taste how both seasonings together affect your dish.
