IngredientsFor Topping: 1 cup Judee's All Purpose Gluten Free Bread Mix 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2/3 cup almond milk 1/2 cup melted butter For Filling: 2 canned peaches or 2 lbs peaches 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp butter DirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F Add peaches, water, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan and stir on low to medium heat. Bring to boil and stir constantly. Turn off heat and add in lemon juice and butter until well combined. Pour filling into a 8x8 or 9x13 pan.
