Make Peach Cobbler like a pro using our All Purpose Gluten Free Bread Mix!
1 cup Judee's All Purpose Gluten Free Bread Mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup melted butter
2 canned peaches or 2 lbs peaches
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Add peaches, water, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan and stir on low to medium heat. Bring to boil and stir constantly.
Turn off heat and add in lemon juice and butter until well combined. Pour filling into a 8x8 or 9x13 pan.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add in almond milk and melted butter. Mix until well incorporated or form a wet dough.
Place large spoonful of dough on top of the filling
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown
Cool for 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!
Add in whipped cream and cinnamon or vanilla ice cream
