Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting
Make Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting like a pro using our Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder, Superfine Caster Sugar and Vanilla Powder.
1/4 cup Judee’s Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder
1/2 cup Judee’s Superfine Caster Sugar (or granulated sugar)
1/2 tsp Judee’s Vanilla Powder
Pinch of salt
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
8oz block cream cheese (cold)
Replace sugar with 1/4 cup Judee’s Erythritol Sweetener and 1/4 cup allulose sweetener.
Optional Low Carb Keto Version:
Refrigerate bowl and whisk or beater attachments for a few minutes until cold.
Combine strawberry freeze dried powder, sugar, vanilla powder and salt in cold bowl.
Add heavy whipping cream to the bowl. Using a countertop mixer with whisk attachment or hand mixer, mix at medium speed until sugar is dissolved, about 1-2 minutes. Increase speed to high and continue beating until mixture is thick like whipped cream, about 2 more minutes.
Divide cream cheese block into 8 pieces. Add one piece at a time into the whipped cream mixture and continue mixing on high speed.
Mixture will look clumpy. Turn off mixer and scrape bowl as needed. Then continue whipping cream cheese mixture until light and smooth.
Frost cupcakes immediately or refrigerate. Enjoy!
